Why Carbon Fiber?

But keep one thing in mind: the resistance curve is a bit different than what you’d find in a metal filament. **Check your power supply.**Make sure it can handle that initial “cold-start” surge, or you might find yourself flipping breakers the moment you hit the switch. Now, let’s be real about what this lamp isn’t. If you need a surface to hit 500°C in two seconds flat, this isn’t your tool. This lamp is a marathon runner, not a sprinter. It’s perfect for drying, pre-heating, or just keeping a zone at a rock-steady temperature. And one last thing: keep your reflectors shiny.
