Packing 2500W into a 500mm stretch creates a massive amount of heat. That’s the whole point. You need that surface temperature to spike instantly so your ink dries fast and stays put. To keep the lamp from shattering under that kind of pressure, we use high-purity quartz glass. It handles the thermal shock like a pro. You get a concentrated shortwave blast that hits the ink hard without scorching the material underneath. One quick tip: check your power supplies. This thing pulls a lot of current. If your power source isn’t up to the task, you’re going to fry your terminals. The fit is everything. There’s nothing worse than a “universal” part that doesn’t actually fit.
