What makes it tick
That 900W rating isn’t random. It’s sized to deliver serious watt density, so small zones heat up fast—think nozzle tips, forming tools, and other localized hot spots—without needing a bulky housing. The R7S connector is the practical heart of it. It sets the physical fit and the electrical handshake, so you can treat this as a true drop-in replacement in any fixture already built for that form factor.
Materials and design, in plain terms
We went with carbon fiber elements because they handle repeated heating and cooling cycles far better than typical ceramic or wire elements. Less brittle failure. More day-after-day reliability. The filament geometry helps keep resistance stable even as temperatures swing, which means once you find your sweet spot, the heat behavior stays consistent.
